| Our Access Travel Team consists of agents specializing in accessible travel. We are familiar with the needs of varying mobility impairments and we will do everything possible to accommodate your particular needs. 'Roll-in showers', 'lowered thermostat', and 'What is the width of the doorway?' are just a few of the accessiblity features and questions we are used to asking. Isn't it nice to work with people who understand your needs and that they must be taken seriously? While we can't make the world accessible, we do have the networking capacity and resources to properly answer your concerns. No, not all hotels and cruise ships are the same and neither will they all cooperate at the same level. But we know which ones will cooperate! Some of the arrangements we've included for clients with disabilities include: | ![]() |
We also feel that "A picture is worth a thousand words" which is why we are dedicated to having the internet's most comprehensive "accessible cruising photo gallery." We realize that photos are the proof that many people need to feel more confident about their vacation.
Connie George Travel Associates has been advocating for accessible cruising for our clients. We were responsible for a pier ramp placed in Aruba, for a lift into a jacuzzi earlier than originally planned, and for the first deaf group to ever have ASL interpreters on a cruise at the expense of the cruise line.
Don't you want a travel agency who understands your needs and who will "make waves" to have it happen when possible?
